We have only usrd the trolley once; to move our son into his univrtsity halls. It was very good: easy to erect, strong, stable & capacious. We were parked 10 minutes from his halls and only used pavements & roads. The rolling resistance was very low, there was some vibration so used the supplied bungee cord (& others).
My son said it was a little difficult to control on downward hills as the trolley wanted to go faster (obviously), so 1 parent had to act as the brakeman at the back. The trolley reduced the number of trips we made, took lots of heavy musical gear and reduced the load on ageing parents' backs.
Great product, exactly as described, would highly recommend.
